Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about menus, QR codes, ordering, plans, and account basics—written for busy operators.

Getting started

What is RestroTurn?

RestroTurn is a web platform for restaurants to publish a mobile menu, share a QR code, and—on paid plans—run guest ordering with kitchen and cashier workflows. Guests use their phone browser; no app install is required.

How fast can we go live?

Most venues can publish a first menu the same day: add categories, items, and prices, then print or display the QR. Photos, descriptions, and theme tweaks can follow without reprinting paper menus.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan your QR or open your link and browse in the browser. That keeps the door flow simple and avoids app-store friction for walk-ins.

Menus & QR

Ordering & kitchen

When does ordering turn on?

Guest self-order, delivery and takeaway checkout, kitchen board, and cashier tools unlock on paid tiers that include ordering features. Menu-only plans stay browse-only for guests.

How do table, takeaway, and delivery orders work?

Guests choose a service mode on the order page. Dine-in can capture a table note; takeaway and delivery collect the handoff details your venue needs. Orders flow to the same kitchen view so the line sees one queue.

Is delivery included everywhere?

Delivery and courier handoff are rolling out in phases by region. Your dashboard will show what is available for your account; ordering plans are built so delivery uses the same order flow as in-venue service.

Plans & billing

What is the difference between Digital menu, Business, and Business Plus?

Digital menu adds full ordering and cashier tools for a single venue. Business scales to more locations and adds reservations, discounts, domain connection, and sales notifications. Business Plus raises venue limits and adds analytics for operators who need deeper reporting.

How does billing work?

You can start on the free tier. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly; amounts are localized where configured. Subscription status and renewal dates appear in account settings before you commit.

Can we build a custom plan?

Yes. The custom pricing page lets you combine features—menu, landing page, ordering, POS, reservations, analytics, and more—and request a quote that matches how you actually operate.

Account & data

Who owns our menu and order data?

You do. RestroTurn hosts and processes data to run the service. Keep guest-facing information accurate, and export or update content from your dashboard as your menu changes.

Can multiple staff use one restaurant account?

Account access is tied to your login today. Use shared operational devices for kitchen and cashier screens during service, and keep owner credentials secure for billing and venue settings.

Where should we go for help?

Use dashboard settings for account-specific issues. For new venues, partnerships, or rollout questions, contact us through the contact form or read the how-it-works walkthrough first.
