Trial Period

Paid plans include a trial period where stated. You can cancel before trial end to avoid charges.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable after billing, except where required by law.

Annual plan refunds are reviewed case by case within 14 days of initial payment when no significant usage is recorded.

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support promptly. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.

You may cancel anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

For refund requests, contact us through your dashboard support channel with your account email and invoice reference.
